We reserve the right to terminate, without prior notice, your access to your “Craft Rush” account if any suspicious activities that occur under your User ID.
You accept all risks and responsibility for all loss, damage, costs and other consequences resulting from your use the Site or the content, postings or material on or accessible through the Site (including search results, editorial content any other content or transactions conducted through a linked site).

Where the Site includes links to other web sites, “Craft Rush” does not make any warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any product or material on these other web sites. As “Craft Rush” does not control the content posted by third parties on the Site, we cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, integrity or quality of such information or content. “Craft Rush” is an online environment that allows people to compare merchants, products, stores, prices and purchase goods advertising on web site by advertisers.
Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by following instructions on the “Craft Rush” Web Site.
When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the “Craft Rush” website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products; however “Craft Rush” will make every effort to supply Products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. “Craft Rush” and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.
If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we reserve the rights to cancel your order and we will contact you by email.
Payment Methods and Processing
“Craft Rush” currently accepts PayPal, Google Checkout, BPAY, Visa Card, Bank Card, MasterCard and American Express only.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Confirm Order" button.
Where you pay by BPAY you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.
If a BPAY payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, “Craft Rush” reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation.
Where you pay by BPAY a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed.
Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Please Note:
You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks if you provide credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.

“Craft Rush” purchases include GST.
Prices
“Craft Rush” always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.
“Craft Rush” reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at “Craft Rush” at any time.
The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.
Shipping cost is shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
Supply of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Delivery of Your Products
Delivery time takes up to 10-15 working days from the date your payment is received. Please note that BPAY payments take 1-2 business days to process.
Where you have purchased a Product that is dispatched from our overseas warehouse, delivery time after payment processing may take up to 3 weeks.
In all instances estimated delivery times will be displayed at the check out for your Product.
“Craft Rush” makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided by “Craft Rush” at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. We encourage you to visit the "Your Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post or any available) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office.
We charge a flat rate of AUD $15.00 for every order regardless of quantity.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
Customer Service Policy
"Craft Rush" is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Returns and Refund Policy Claims
The Company shall be released from any refund claims unless received by the Company in writing within 7 days after the date of delivery. Refunds are granted on damaged or defected goods only. No goods are to be returned to the Company without prior authorization by the Company. Any agreed returns must be in the same condition as supplied and in the unit quantity and packaging as supplied. Agreed returns at the Company’s discretion may be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will be processed within 2 working days of returned goods. All Refunds made by a cheque sent to your mailing address.

These conditions of sale apply to all sales by “CraftRush”('the Company') to each customer. The customer acknowledges that by accepting a quotation from the Company, submitting a written order to the Company, submitting an account application form to the Company or accepting a delivery of goods from the Company, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions of sale and agree that they shall apply to the exclusion of all others.
“Craft Rush” will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed.

If the Product is deemed by Customer Service NOT to be damaged, and is not covered by a warranty, “Craft Rush” may refuse to replace the Product or give you a refund for the Product.
When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned damaged Product becomes our property.
Replacement Products are provided with the same warranty as the returned Product.
When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.
Our Liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Credit Card Fraud
Whilst “Craft Rush” employs the latest in 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, “Craft Rush” will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
“Craft Rush” shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of “Craft Rush”, and “Craft Rush” shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
